My personal training offering is an all inclusive program. Firstly, with your personal goals in mind I design and deliver a customized 1 on 1 personal training program. Meeting between 1-3 times per week based on your availability and preference on frequency.
An individualized workout routine will be provided for you to follow on days where we don’t see each other as well as a customized meal plan to guide you on your journey.
You will have access to me via text or email and I will support you every step of the way!

I will design and deliver a coaching program for you and up to 3 other athletes with similar fitness goals in a semi-private setting. Training days will be based on everyone’s shared availability and sustainable frequency.
I will design an individualized workout routine for the small group to follow on days where we don’t see each other, in addition to a custom meal plan for each member of the group.
This service works great for couples, families and friends who may not be too thrilled about a 1 on 1 setting but are still looking for guidance from me as your coach.

I offer a variety of “BOOTCAMP” style workouts in a larger group setting to open up the opportunity for athletes to train with me on the weekends.
This option is perfect for those who are unable to commit to an individualized routine but still find themselves looking for guidance along their fitness journey.
This is a pay-as-you-go service where long term commitment is not required.
Slots will fill up quick however, so be sure to plan ahead and book your classes in advance.

This service works great for anyone who is currently living outside of the local area yet still wishes to receive guidance from me as your coach. This also works if our schedules and availability do not align!
I will build and deliver a workout program for you to follow either at home or at the gym on your own.
In addition, I will create an individualized nutrition protocol for you to follow with custom meal plans designed to help you achieve your desired fitness goal!
